Refund policy

CASAPAZMX DOES NOT OFFER CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ON ANY ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE IN OUR ONLINE STORE REQUESTED BY OUR CUSTOMERS. ALL OUR SALES ARE FINAL.

Please note that we only offer 24 hours to cancel your order once it's been placed. After this time, your order will be processed and we begin working on it. However, if for any reason you still need to cancel your order, all cancellations requested after this 24-hour window will be eligible for only a 50% refund of the total order amount.

CANCELLATIONS
If your order is canceled by us for any reason, you will receive a notification directly to the email address you used to register your purchase. Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as product availability or quality, cancellations may occur without prior notice. All refunds will be issued as store credit so you can purchase a new product without any issues. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, in case a product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. To start this process please visit our Contact Us page. If after this time you have not notified us, we will not be responsible for it as our shipping insurance has expired.

RETURNS
We currently do not accept returns, but in the unlikely event that this happens, please note the following: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If we accept your return, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for covering all shipping costs, and we are not responsible if your package or products go missing during return. Returned items without a prior refund request will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

REFUNDS
Please let us know about your situation and the reason for your refund request at hola@casapazmx.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your situation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
