Shipping policy

 

Due to new customs regulations between Mexico and the United States, starting October 1st, our customers will be asked for their tax ID or social security number. These new regulations were implemented by the United States government to accept packages sent from Mexico and other countries.

If our customers do not provide any of this information, customs authorities will have to return the packages to their origin. Once the packages are returned to our warehouse, we will not be responsible for reshipping them, and we will consider the order canceled with no refund or return.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER, WHICH MAY LONGER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES. BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER, PLEASE REVIEW THE "SHIPPING AND RETURNS" SECTION OF THE PRODUCT YOU ARE PURCHASING TO CONFIRM THIS INFORMATION.

CasaPazMx does not accept responsibility for customer non-conformity with these delivery times after the purchase has been made, since the customer has accepted the terms and conditions of our service.

STANDARD PROCESSING TIMES AND READY TO SHIP PRODUCTS
At Casa Paz, we work as quickly as possible to get your orders on their way. Due to workload and demand, these times may vary. For products we have in stock, shipping times may vary from 1 to 2 weeks. You can confirm this information in the "Shipping and Returns" section for each product.

PRE-ORDER AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS 
All our pre-sales or made-to-order products take from 1-16 weeks approximately. Please take into consideration that these times may vary, depending on the high demand of the products. You can be sure that we always work as quickly as possible to ship it before these dates. When you purchase a made-to-order product, you agree and accept our terms and conditions of the service, as the times it takes for the order to be processed and complete. Please confirm this information in the "Shipping & Returns" section of each product to know what times it will take to be ready. 

COMBINED STANDARD AND PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
If your order contains one (or more) pre-order items, and products ready to ship, please note that we will hold the ENTIRE ORDER until the pre-order item(s) are available for shipment. Unfortunately, during this time, we cannot split or combine any orders, we must wait until everything is ready to be shipped in one box. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
CasaPazMx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the costumers order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) We are not responsible for customs or weather delays.

DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping company. Once the shipping company scans the package, CasaPazMx has no control over its arrival time. 

DELIVERY DELAYS
Once the package has been delivered to the parcel service, we are not responsible for any delays, misdirections, or failed deliveries of your package. These delays situations may be caused by customs, weather conditions or geological events where we don't have any control of it. 

If after 20 days of marking your order as shipped, you have not received it, and you have not notified us, we will not be responsible for it as our shipping insurance has expired.
