This product is handmade by Ángela Mendoza and her family in Santo Tomas Jalieza, Oaxaca by using the backstrap weaving method (waist loom).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hand-wash with like colors, Non-Chlorine bleach. Hang to dry. Low iron if needed. Do not dry clean.

OUR TABLE RUNNERS ARE MADE BY ORDER. THE PROCESSING TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 1 - 5 WEEKS TO BE READY AND SHIPPED (TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE HIGH DEMAND OF THE PRODUCT).

Once shipped your order should arrive within 7-10 business days.

At the moment CasaPazMx does not offer cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds. All our sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, cancellations and refunds.

We only offer 24 hours to cancel your order once it's been placed. After this time, your order will be processed and we begin working on it. All cancellations requested after this 24-hour window will be eligible for only a 50% refund of the total order amount.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

🇺🇸 For our US customers: We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping ($24.00): Covers transit costs from Mexico to the US only. Import duties, local taxes, and customs handling fees are not included and remain the customer's responsibility upon delivery.

  • All-Inclusive Shipping / DDP ($50.00): Covers standard transit with all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance pre-paid. Choosing this option guarantees doorstep delivery with zero unexpected fees, hidden charges, or customs delays.

All our items are artisanal and handcrafted individually. Please note that due to this handmade process, there may be small imperfections on each piece. These may be slight variations in color, size or design. To us, these characteristics are what make these products one-of-a-kind.
