CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Before lighting your candle, remember to remove the excess wick. These candles may smoke slightly as they burn. For the decorated candles, we recommend removing the flowers and leaves as they burn (they will fall off the candle as the flame approaches them). For safety, never leave lit candles unattended or near flammable objects.
SHIPPING & RETURNS

OUR CANDLES MADE BY ORDER. THE PROCESSING TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 2-4 WEEKS TO BE READY AND SHIPPED (TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE HIGH DEMAND OF THE PRODUCT).

Once shipped your order should arrive within 7-10 business days.

At the moment CasaPazMx does not offer cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds. All our sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, cancellations and refunds.

We only offer 24 hours to cancel your order once it's been placed. After this time, your order will be processed and we begin working on it. All cancellations requested after this 24-hour window will be eligible for only a 50% refund of the total order amount.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

🇺🇸 For our US customers: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $22.00 USD for all orders. Please note that all items are shipped directly from Mexico, and standard shipping fees cover international transit only. Any import duties, taxes, or custom fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
