Once shipped your order should arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Casa Paz reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, cancellations and refunds.

We only offer 24 hours to cancel your order once it's been placed. After this time, your order will be processed and we begin working on it. All cancellations requested after this 24-hour window will be eligible for only a 50% refund of the total order amount.
