This product is handmade by Isabel Gutierrez and her family in Teotitlan del Valle, Oaxaca. This rug is handmade on a pedal loom.

Non-Chlorine bleach. Hang to dry. Low iron if needed. Do not dry clean.

Our wool rugs are made to order, and the processing time takes 2-5 weeks to be shipped.

Once shipped your order should arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Casa Paz reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.
